ChipTech LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the First Then Board mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices. Please read this policy carefully.
We do not collect personal data through normal use of the App. Specifically, we do not collect:
All content you create — boards, cards, photos, child profiles, and completion history — is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
If you contact us for support (e.g., by emailing support@chiptechllc.com), we may receive your name and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored beyond what is necessary to resolve it.
First Then Board is designed for use by parents, guardians, caregivers, and therapists on behalf of children. We take children's privacy seriously.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information in connection with app distribution, in-app purchases, and crash reporting under their own privacy policies. We do not control Apple's data practices.
We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social media tracking tools.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive, collect, or store any payment or billing information.
The free version of the App displays ads served by Apple's advertising framework (Apple Ads). Apple manages this independently under their own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from Apple in connection with ad delivery. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our systems, the risk of a data breach involving your personal information from our side is effectively zero. All App data lives on your device, protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, etc.).
Because we do not collect or retain personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have contacted us for support and wish to have that communication deleted, you may request it at support@chiptechllc.com.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Given that we do not collect personal information, there is no data to disclose, delete, or opt out of selling. We do not sell personal information — ever.
We do not retain user data on our servers. All App data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data through your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Any changes will be noted in the App's release notes and go into effect with the next app update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
